Let's Talk Peritoneal Dialysis!

Hey, I'm Jason. I'm a chronically-ill-super-freedom-loving-medical-self-journalist.

First things first.

I am in need of a kidney from a live donor. I am an otherwise healthy 39-year-old guy living in Los Angeles. My transplant team is at the world-renowned UCLA Kidney Transplant Center. I am blood type O negative – I can only accept a kidney from another person of the O persuasion (positive, negative doesn’t matter). I can, however, exchange a donated kidney of any type with another patient if we have mutually-satisfying donors.

There is a hotline for transplant donors at UCLA. 1-866-672-5333.
